This 6 bedroom 5 1/2 bath home sits on a deep-water canal which leads to the Gulf of Mexico in a matter of minutes. The first floor with the living area/great room opens to a large deck with dining both in and out. On this first floor, there is a king bedroom right off the living area, a full bathroom that connects to it and a twin bedroom, a den with pullout couch and a half bathroom. Laundry room is on first floor as well. Take the elevator to the second floor which has the master bedroom and bath, 2 king bedrooms with bathrooms and a bedroom with queen pullout couch and bathroom. All are en-suite. Master and 2 guest bedrooms open to a deck with seating and gulf views. Game room and bar area by the private pool and dock. There IS a charge to heat the pool due to island cost/Pool Heat Fee is $100.00/week. Please let us know you'd like it heated when you book!
