When shipping or mailing to us, be sure to use the Placida RD address. If sending a check, we highly recommend using tracking services (USPS Priority/Certified, UPS, FedEx) but please do NOT ask for a signature to release the package/mail! We don't man the mainland office! Thanks.

Directions to our office on the island

When you drive off the ferry on the island side, continue down the road approximately 800 feet and take the first left onto S Gulf Blvd. You will drive over two bridges and continue on S Gulf, which becomes a sandy road! Continue down to the end of the road, approximately 3/4 mile. On your left you will see two duplex buildings - one green and the next, blue. The office is in the last blue unit, #40. We have a sign out front that reads "Islander Properties," an information board and the American Flag flying. We look forward to seeing you on the island!
